As a child, she made her film debut as the younger version of her sister\u00a0Dakota Fanning’s character in the drama film\u00a0I Am Sam\u00a0(2001). She appeared in several other films as a child actress, including\u00a0Daddy Day Care\u00a0(2003),\u00a0Babel\u00a0(2006),\u00a0The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and\u00a0Phoebe in Wonderland\u00a0(both 2008), and the miniseries\u00a0The Lost Room\u00a0(2006).
