Matthew Libatique\u00a0(born July 19, 1968) is an American\u00a0cinematographer. He is best known for his collaborations with director\u00a0Darren Aronofsky on the films\u00a0Pi\u00a0(1998),\u00a0Requiem for a Dream (2000),\u00a0The Fountain\u00a0(2006),\u00a0Black Swan\u00a0(2010),\u00a0Noah\u00a0(2014), and\u00a0Mother!\u00a0(2017). Libatique has received three\u00a0Academy Awards for Best Cinematography\u00a0nominations for his work on\u00a0Black Swan\u00a0(2010),\u00a0A Star Is Born\u00a0(2018), and\u00a0Maestro\u00a0(2023).<\/p>\n
