He joined\u00a0New Line Cinema\u00a0in 2007, where he served as an executive producer on horror films such as\u00a0The Conjuring\u00a0(2013),\u00a0Annabelle\u00a0(2014),\u00a0The Conjuring 2\u00a0(2016),\u00a0Lights Out\u00a0(2016), and\u00a0It\u00a0(2017). In January 2018, he was appointed the President at\u00a0Warner Bros. Pictures\u00a0for\u00a0DC-based film production (DC Films)\u00a0before departing from the company in October 2022.\u00a0Paramount Pictures hired him\u00a0to oversee their\u00a0horror film\u00a0franchises beginning in 2023.<\/p>\n
