Rebecca Louisa Ferguson Sundstr\u00f6m\u00a0(born 19 October 1983)\u00a0is a Swedish actress. She is bilingual and has worked extensively in Sweden, Great Britain, and mainly in the United States. Ferguson began her television acting career in 1999 with the Swedish\u00a0soap opera\u00a0Nya Tider, and she made her motion picture debut in 2004 with the Swedish slasher film\u00a0Drowning Ghost. She came to international prominence with her portrayal of\u00a0Elizabeth Woodville\u00a0in the British BBC drama\u00a0The White Queen\u00a0(2013), for which she was nominated for a\u00a0Golden Globe\u00a0for\u00a0Best Actress in a Miniseries or Television Film.<\/p>\n
